Russian club Lokomotiv Moscow are reportedly set to sign Chelsea talent Tino Anjorin on a permanent basis.
According to The Sun, the Blues are prepared to let another one of their academy graduates depart this summer
It is understood that Anjorin may complete a move to Moscow before the transfer deadline shuts tomorrow.
The report explains that the deal is set to be worth around £25million, however, Chelsea are asking for a £25million buy-back clause.
In addition, the 19-year-old has been undergoing a medical today in London.
Anjorin, who signed at Chelsea with the Under-9s age group, may be set to depart Cobham after a decade.
The attacking midfielder has been around the first-team squad, making five senior appearances at Stamford Bridge. Thomas Tuchel described him as “strong”, “confident” and “creative” earlier this month.
It looks like he’ll be pursuing first-team action elsewhere, though.
Tino Anjorin deal looks brilliant with £25m clause
It’s unclear on how long Chelsea’s buy-back clause on Anjorin lasts for, but if it’s for a few years then this piece of transfer business looks superb from the club.
There is no doubt the Englishman is a rising talent with a lot of potential, which is why it’s understandable if people want him to stay in West London.
