Cristiano Ronaldo has been linked with a shock transfer to his former rivals Manchester City, and Pep Guardiola's squad have given their thoughts on the potential move.
It was previously anticipated that Ronaldo would stay at Juventus until the end of his contract that expires next summer, but it seems a deal away from Turin may favour both parties.
Juventus are holding out for a £25million fee for the forward who cost them €100m (£86m) in 2018, and they would save €31m (£25.5m) in salary if Ronaldo was to leave.
City have been one of the sides linked with a move for Ronaldo, who seeks one final test before the end of his glamorous career.
City are reportedly in talks with the Italian side and the potential transfer has been unanimously supported by Pep Guardiola’s squad, according to The Telegraph.
Harry Kane had been City's primary target for the entirety of the window, but with Daniel Levy not willing to negotiate, the Premier League champions ended their interest in the Tottenham striker, and the England captain released a statement expressing he would be staying at Spurs this summer.
