Kaka believes best striker in the world is in Premier League - and reminds him of Adriano

Romelu Lukaku has hit the ground running since rejoining Chelsea from Inter Milan, scoring four goals in as many matches, earning the tag of best striker in the world from AC Milan great Kaka.

Romelu Lukaku is the best striker in the world and has parallels with former Inter Milan great Adriano, according to ex-Brazil ace Kaka.

Kaka is a man who knows a thing or two about elite centre-forwards, having played alongside the likes of Andriy Shevchenko, Filippo Inzaghi, Ronaldo and Raul during his time at AC Milan and Real Madrid.

And the 2007 Ballon d'Or winner, 39, believes Lukaku is the pick of the bunch when it comes to ranking the best finishers in the game.

The Belgium hitman netted 24 goals for Inter last season as they won their first Serie A title in over a decade, finishing 12 points clear of fierce rivals and Kaka's former side AC Milan..

Lukaku has continued that fine form following his £98million move back to Chelsea, scoring the opener on his debut against Arsenal, hitting a brace at home to Aston Villa and finding the winner against Zenit St Petersburg in the Champions League.

Kaka has been impressed with the form shown by Lukaku this season and believes the 28-year-old boasts similar characteristics to his former international team-mate Adriano.
